Help for Pitch, Roll, RESET, Compass, Alerts and CarPlay.
Pitch represents front-to-rear vehicle inclination. Positive Pitch indicates an uphill attitude; negative Pitch indicates downhill.
Roll represents side-to-side inclination. The app displays the current angle and directional maximums reached during use.
RESET makes the vehicle's current physical orientation the new zero reference for both Pitch and Roll.
RESET MAX clears historical maximum values without changing the current zero reference.
The compass shows the current heading, cardinal direction and magnetic accuracy when the device provides a valid heading.
Magnetic interference from mounts, speakers, vehicle electronics or nearby metal can reduce compass accuracy.
Baja Inclinometer includes a CarPlay Driving Task experience when used with a compatible CarPlay system.
If CarPlay does not appear, confirm that the iPhone is connected to a compatible CarPlay system and that CarPlay is allowed for the device.
Pitch and Roll alerts can be configured independently, with an overall alert control. Alert thresholds are user-configurable informational thresholds and should not be interpreted as manufacturer-approved safety limits.
